I have gone through her herd basics workshop and the information is good. There were a few things that I didn’t know that she had in there. Things that I will be putting to use here now that I know. Of course there is no better information than your Vet, but I know that many times one can’t afford the Vet for everything so having some knowledge helps a great deal.

I was approached by Check My Body Health to get an analysis on what my body is sensitive to and I jumped at the chance to do this. I have wanted to see about this for a while and have even been thinking about asking my doctor about this. So I was very excited to do this.

I got my results the other day and I am working on the elimination phase of determining what is affecting my health. This was easy to do. You sign up on their website and pay for the test. They email you the information to get the test done, which consists of sending a hair sample to them. I got an email when they received my sample and again with my results. This is a very detailed report. I thought it would just be about food sensitivities but it also includes metals, and other sections.

I read through all the information. This is a very detailed report. They tell you what has a high reactivity level, a moderate reactivity level and no reactivity level. They go through every food type you can think of and tell you which ones your body reacted to. I am now working on the elimination phase where you remove the high reactivity foods for a month. This allows the food to get out of your system all the way. Then you start adding them back one by one to determine how you react to the individual item.

In doing this, you are able to determine what products are not good for your system. This allows you to put back those items that don’t seem to bother you while completely removing those that do. During the summer my lips are always dry and peeling. I love this collagen lip mask so far, because my lips haven’t been as dry as they usually are this time of year.

This is such a little bottle that I really didn’t have much hope that this stuff would be any good.  I always have to use a lot of the other brands and I’m constantly re applying very often. So I didn’t think this would last very long, but I was surprised because I still have almost a full jar. It seems that this stays put and works for  a while rather than coming off almost instantly. I have been using this only a couple times a day and my lips are nice now. I love the way they feel and look.

There really is no smell to this and no taste that I have been able to tell. It goes on nicely and stays put. It’s not greasy like some others are. I really like this lip mask and I would recommend it to anyone who gets dry lips at any time during the year.

In the summer time, my heals get so dry they start to crack. This isn’t really painful for me it’s just irritating because the skin will catch on everything. So I have been looking for a good foot cream to help keep this from happening. I think I just found it!

I love the way my heels are starting to feel now. They are healing and beginning to get better. I love that this cream is pretty thick so you actually feel like you’re putting something on them. I have used a few that are so thin you can’t even tell if you are using something and you have to use a lot at a time to get any kind of relief. So this one being so creamy is a great thing I think.

This company has so many good products that I have been given the opportunity to try out and this one has not disappointed just as the other products have not disappointed me.

With hand cleanliness being such a big deal right now, this is something that could really help with keeping the germs down.

This sanitizer is plant based and vegan friendly. It is a mushroom based sanitizer that should kill 99.9% of all germs. This hand sanitizer also contain antibacterial properties that could help with illnesses and keeping them down. This is skin friendly as well with moisturizers to help keep your skin from drying out like they do with many hand sanitizers.

The scent of this hand sanitizer is lemon balm. I’m not sure that is an accurate description though. I know that oils react differently to everyone as far as scent goes, but this does smell good in the bottle. I didn’t like how it smelled once I used it though. So this may vary by person, but thankfully it was not very strong and didn’t last very long (as far as the scent) so it’s not really something I would worry about too much.

This conditioner is a good one. I haven’t been able to say that about many of them out there recently so it’s a nice change with this one. I love that the ingredients are mostly natural things found in the environment. I really so far, have loved everything I have tried from this company.

This conditioner has biotin, B3 and Pea Sprout Extract which are all good things for your hair. This conditioner is creamy and feels good. You need to leave it in your hair for a few minutes to get the best benefits from this.  And of course, using it with the shampoo is a big help also because they both have the same great good stuff in them.

It’s simple to use, just like any other conditioner. After shampooing you put it in your hair and let it set for a few minutes before rinsing it out. My hair was very soft after using this and so far does appear to me that it’s looking better. Of course this could just be my imagination. I’ll have to use it for another week or so to be sure but so far I really like this stuff.

I am always looking for a good shampoo and conditioner that will be good to both my hair and the environment. I am hopeful that I have found it now.

This shampoo has some great ingredients for your hair that should help it to become healthier all around. If you need thicker hair, this should help. If you are looking for your hair to just plain be more healthy, this shampoo will help. I look forward to using this shampoo for a while. I love the ingredients in this because they are mostly natural things that occur in the environment and they are good for your hair too.

I have always had trouble with my hair because the shampoos that I find aren’t the greatest for your hair. It seems the split ends alone are awful and I can’t get rid of them. I would love to say this will get rid of them, but I haven’t been using it long enough to know for sure yet. I think I am starting to notice a difference though so I am hoping it’s not just my imagination.

I wish I had something like this when my kids were young. However, it still comes in very handy for my grand son who lives here with us.

This is two pieces, one for the knees and one for the elbows. This also has some pockets on both sides of the tub (in the tub and outside the tub). The elbow part goes over the edge so that one of the pockets go inside the tub and the other set of pockets are outside the tub.

I know that it can be difficult on both the knees and the elbows when giving the little one’s a bath, or at least it is for me. This has been so nice to have because my knees actually get a break and my elbows don’t hurt after the bath either. The material this is made of is fairly soft. I’m not sure what it is but it works well and feels good against the skin.

I’ve never been one to wear sports bras, but this one seems pretty comfortable so far.

It’s pretty stretchy so it’s fairly comfortable as sports bras go. I’ve never been a big fan of them, but this isn’t too bad. It’s more of a tank top rather than a bra, but has the support of a bra. This is something I have not been able to find with most sports bras. So as far as that’s concerned, it’s probably better than most I have dealt with before.

The material is soft against your skin so that is nice too. The straps don’t dig into your shoulders. And it provides almost the same support as a regular bra. For me, these are all things I look for in a bra of any kind. I love the polyester/ spandex mix makes it so that it is breathable material. I really like that because it doesn’t seem like it will be too hot in the summer months here. Since summer here can be brutal, this is a big point for me.

For these reasons alone, I would recommend this to anyone, however, I have only been able to wear it once so far, so I’m not really sure about it yet. I will update this post later with my final thoughts on it at another time.

I have to say that I adore this tea pot! I had been look for a new one for a while now and I think I finally found the one I want to use.

This kettle will whistle when the water begins to boil. It starts out soft and grows in intensity as the water gets warmer. I love the color of this pot. The pictures don’t show it very well but it is a beautiful powder blue that matches perfectly with my kitchen. I will be using this tea pot for a long time to come.

If you look closely at the handle, you will see a trigger there which is used to open the pour spout. It even stays open on it’s own. After you pull the trigger to open the pour spout, there is a button on top of the handle that is used to close the pour spout. I love that you don’t have to mess with the pour spout at all. The pot does everything but fill itself and pour your hot water.

I really wish that you could see the color better because it really is a beautiful color. I thought that when it got here it would not be like it was shown, but I am so happy that it is.
