We are going to transform Aarron’s shop into a barn. I know that we want stalls for each of the goats in there, but I’m not sure where else to go with it or what else needs to be in there. It’s a large space so I know there will be extra space in the area but I just don’t know where to begin.

If I remember correctly, the building is 20 x 30 in size. I want to get the milking area in there as well because right now the animals are behind this building and the milking area is across the yard from this so to have the milking area closer to the animals would be so nice.

I will need at least 6 stalls in here and I’m pretty sure they can all go on one side of the building. There will be a walk way in the center with doors added to the back so that we can let them out and into the yard in the morning without having to take them all the way around it. I’m just not sure what else to do with the area I will have.

So, my question to you is this, what do you wish you had in your barn that you don’t have? What did you put in your barn that you can’t live without?
