Quit Tea Review

Quit tea is a smoking cessation product that works by replacing the bad habit of smoking with a better habit of drinking tea.

So, the way this tea is supposed to work is by replacing the habit of smoking with the habit of drinking tea. This is great in theory. I have to say that I have been having a very difficult time with trying to quit. I have managed to cut down, but I still smoke. The way this product works is, every time you crave a cigarette you are supposed to make a cup of tea instead.

The process of making and drinking the tea is supposed to help get your mind off the craving. I love the tea. It has an almost wild taste to it. However, it has not helped me with the cravings as of yet. I will keep trying though. I will do this, it”s just not as easy as I thought it would be.
